1. 集める情報

本サービスにはアカウント登録がありません。保存するのは、利用者が入力したリストの内容（集まりの名前・日時・場所・人数・メンバー名・持ちもの・担当者名・メモ）と、その変更履歴だけです。本名を入力する必要はありません。ニックネームの利用をおすすめします。

2. 端末に保存する情報

「最近開いたリスト」「あなたの名前」「言語」「ヒントの表示設定」を、お使いのブラウザ（localStorage）に保存します。これらは運営者のサーバーには送られません（名前は、変更履歴に「だれが変更したか」を表示するためにだけ送られます）。

3. アクセス情報・エラー情報

いたずらや大量アクセスを防ぐため、アクセス元のIPアドレスを、日付と組み合わせて元に戻せない形（ハッシュ値）に変換し、回数の集計にだけ使います。IPアドレスそのものは保存しません。集計データは、おおむね数日以内に削除します。

画面でエラーが起きたときは、不具合を直すために、エラーの内容・ページの場所（リストのリンクは含みません）・ブラウザの種類を記録します。

4. 外部サービス

本サービスは次の外部サービスを使っています。それぞれの提供元の方針に従って、アクセス元のIPアドレスなどが提供元に送られます。

Cloudflare（Cloudflare, Inc.、米国）：サーバー・データベース（Cloudflare Pages・D1）、ロボット対策（Cloudflare Turnstile）、Cookie を使わないアクセス解析（Cloudflare Web Analytics）
Google Fonts（Google LLC、米国）：画面の文字（フォント）の表示
Google フォーム（Google LLC、米国）：お問い合わせの受付
GitHub（GitHub, Inc.、米国）：暗号化した障害対策用バックアップの保管

5. 保存期間

リストとその変更履歴は、最後の更新から90日たつと自動で削除されます。障害対策のバックアップは暗号化して保存し、一定期間（最長90日）が過ぎると削除します。

6. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、入力された情報を第三者に提供しません。

7. 安全管理

データは通信を暗号化（HTTPS）してやり取りし、Cloudflare のサーバーに保存します。管理画面には運営者だけがアクセスできるようにしています。Cloudflare・Google・GitHub は米国の事業者で、データは米国を含む各国のサーバーで扱われることがあります。各社は個人情報保護のための体制を公表しています。

8. お問い合わせ

お問い合わせは Google フォームで受け付けます。送られた内容とメールアドレスは、お返事と不具合の対応にだけ使い、対応が終わったあとは不要になりしだい削除します。

9. このポリシーの変更

内容を変更するときは、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English summary)

There are no accounts. We store only what you type into a list (title, date, place, headcount, member names, items, who brings them, notes) and its change history. Your recent lists, name, language and tip settings stay in your browser; your name is sent only to label changes in the history. To prevent abuse we count requests per IP address, stored only as a one-way hash combined with the date and deleted within a few days. When the page hits an error we log the error, the page path (never the list link) and the browser type. We use Cloudflare (hosting, database, Turnstile robot check, cookie-free Web Analytics), Google Fonts, Google Forms (contact) and GitHub (encrypted backups), which receive your IP address as part of normal operation. Lists and their history are deleted 90 days after their last update; encrypted backups are kept for at most 90 days. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on Cloudflare; Cloudflare, Google and GitHub are US companies and may process data in the US and other countries. Contact messages are used only to reply and fix problems. The Japanese version above prevails.
